"The inner workings of Hattrick is unknown so Hattrick Manager uses simplified models for it calculations. The aim is to give you a hint or advice, not to exactly predict the future. You may also not agree with the default settings in Hattrick Manager. Therefore they are configurable so you may tweak them to what you see is a more correct value."

"Why didn't my injured/red card player receive any training according to Hattrick Manager?",
"Hattrick Manager has no way to be totally sure at what position the player played at and if he really should receive any training (depending on the seriousness of the injury). You may manually correct this by viewing the match, go to the Lineup tab and then right-click the green area and select Set Player Match Data.... As position you should set the position he should have received his training on (i.e. if you had him as Extra Midfield set the position as Inner Mid 1)."

"If you changed training type and didn't perform a download until the training occured Hattrick Manager will be unable to detect the training type and assume it was what was found in the latest retrieved training file prior to the training date. "HRF-files generated before the download functionality was integrated into Hattrick Manager did not contain the current training type except as a string, that is why they are skipped. If you really, really want to load it you may search/replace all your old HRF-files. The row trType=string should be replaced with trTypeValue=n where n is the integer value corresponding to your training type (to see this value you may look in the appropriate .properties file used for translation, search for trainingtype)."

"Yes. As stated in the license agreement the license is per team, thus if you will use Hattrick Manager with two teams, you need to pay the registration fee for both teams. On the other hand, you may use Hattrick Manager in registered mode on any number of computers since the license is per team and not per installation."

"Simply download the latest version and install it over your current. You don't need uninstall your current version."

"If there is a release date it is announced on the webpage, however, I usually do not announce any dates since it is impossible for me to know exactly when it will be released. Giving out a date and not sticking to it tend to disapoint people, therefore I prefer not. Additionally, Hattrick Manager is something I do during my sparetime which also mean it is next to impossible to promise anything. So please don't ask for any dates.",

"Can I use Hattrick Manager on a Mac using Virtual PC?",
"Yes, however, you need to enable compatibility mode in Virtual PC first:
Start the Virtual PC session as normal.
In the Mac Finder, navigate to the 'Documents' folder in your 'Home' folder.
Open the 'Virtual PC Scripts' folder.
Open the 'Toggle Compatibility Mode' script by double clicking it.
The script opens in Script Editor.
Click the 'Run' button at the top of the script window.
Click 'OK' to the informational dialog that appears.
Click 'Enable' in the next dialog.
Return to the PC session, which is now running in compatibility mode and will
be somewhat slower, and run Hattrick Manager as normal.
When complete, close the program and return the Virtual PC to normal mode by
re-running the script above and selecting 'Disable' at the appropriate time."
